The East India Company charter is different in many ways. Its principles are formed only to gain power which causes indescribable miseries to the Indians. He upholds some great charters of history like the Chartered Rights of Men. King John and King Henry III create these charters which are always near to the heart of every Englishmen. He casts light on the Magna Carta charter. The main aim of this charter is to prevent power and destroy monopoly. On the other hand, the East India Charter is a kind of charter that establishes a monopoly. It is deceitful to call Chartered Rights of Men. It interrupts the rights of the common man.
The unfaithfulness of the East India Company Charter is liable for its fall. The people of India suffer a lot in the long run.
